2. 시스템 인포머 실행 후 목록에서 카카오톡.exe 찾기
3. 카카오톡 더블클릭 -> Handles -> Semaphore 전체 선택 -> 우클릭 -> close -> 목록에서 Semaphore 사라짐
4. 카톡 추가로 실행하면 끝
